How do I place an order?
On-Line: As you visit the products we offer, you will see an "add to cart" button.
By clicking on the button for a product, you will be taken to the shopping cart.
There the item, quantity and price will be described.
Here you can change the quantity ordered, delete an item, check out or continue shopping.
If you would like to return to the page you came from, please use your browsers back button.
The "Continue Shopping" link will take you to our main page.
Off-Line: When ordering through the mail, first print out a order form (click here).
Then visit all of the products that intrest you and fill in the order form with the items you wish to order.
When you are ready to check-out, tally up your order, including any tax and shipping that apply.
Fill out your check or money order for the total of your order
and address the payment to Vicki Birdsong Enterprises.
Place your order form and payment in an envelope addressed to :

Is there a minimum order amount?
We have no set amount you must spend to place an order with us, on or off line.
Shipping is set by the amount of the order. Rates are listed below.
Arizona residents will need to add 7% sales tax.
Shipping Table (per order)
$ 00.01 - $ 15.00. = $ 7.00
$ 15.01 - $ 30.00. = $ 10.00
$ 30.01 - $ 45.00. = $ 13.00
$ 45.01 - $ 60.00. = $ 16.00
$ 60.01 - (and up) = $ 19.00

What forms of payments do you accept?
On-Line: Our shopping cart is set up to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover through PayPal.
Off-Line: VBE accepts personal checks or money orders for the total amount of the order
and addressed to Vicki Birdsong Enterprises.

How long will it take to receive my order?
This varies with the type of payment and order you used, along with the distance between you and our shop.
The best way to estimate the time it will take to get your order is to say that as soon as the payment for an order is confirmed
we send the request to our fulfillment department to be shipped out.
Orders placed on-line are normally confirmed the same day. Orders sent through the U. S. Mail are confirmed as they
come in.
We ship "Best way". This ends up being UPS Ground most of the time but UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. So, sometimes we ship orders through the mail. You will recieve a tracking number and the name of the carrier in your "Order update" email when your order has been shipped.
At this time we do not offer next day delivery of an order.

So I would say that you should have
your order in about one or two weeks of the payment being confirmed.
Orders consisting of multiple copies of a single item may take longer to ship due to production time.
Please place your orders a few weeks ahead of any special occasions you need the item(s) for.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
YES, any or all of an order can be returned for a refund within 30 days of ordering. Item(s) must be returned
in the original packaging and condition. Then we will mail you back a money order for the amount you paid for
the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. We ship all orders insured by the carrier. If something should
break in shipping, please have the carrier verify the damage. Then give us a call or e-mail and we will help get
you a replacement.
